This was curated for myself first. As much as I do not experience cramp throughout the whole menstrual cycle, I normally have a few hours or a day of discomfort from the cramp, depending on lifestyle prior to it. I hope it support and help you as it did for me!

Clary Sage:

- natural analgesic effect which helps in pain relief during menstruation

Ylang Ylang:
- pleasant and calming fragrance
- reduce stress and anxiety
- promote relaxation
- help improve mood and uplift emotional state

Clary Sage, Ginger, Ylang Ylang
