• Some orders may be hand poured only upon ordering and that may take up to 7 days before it is sent out
• Delivery takes 2-3 business day once we sent out
• For urgent orders, please contact us before ordering
• We currently only ship locally in Singapore

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

• No return and refunds policies are in place

DAMAGES / ISSUES

We will check all items before sending out however please inspect your order within 7 days upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
