I am new to essential oils. Are essential oil safe?
YAY! Welcome!

Essential oils are generally safe when used within guidelines.

However, guidelines and safety are also generic and may differ for each person/furry member.

So, safety really depends on how we use it. Every body is also different so I encourage you to approach this in close partnership with your body instead of just following what's written online.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We mostly hand pour the items upon new orders in small batches to ensure you will receive the freshest batch as much as we can.

If the item you order is available on hand, we will ship it out as soon as possible and you will receive in 2-3 working days after we sent out.

However, if the item is not readily available, it will require up to 7 days before it is shipped out. We seek your understanding with this policy to ensure quality and freshness.

Is that the expiry date on the bottle? Where can I find the expiry date?
The date on the bottle is when it is blended. There is no expiry date stated on the bottle.

Items typically are good for 6 - 12 months.. or even more, depending on the oils in the blend as well as individual practices.

We do not use additional preservatives that's not part of the recipe list so the preservative are only some of the natural ingredients. The life cycle of the item depends on various factors such as temperature, humidity, heat, usage, etc of individuals and spaces.

Do keep the products out of direct sunlight and heat. It is best to store them in a cool and dry place.

Alcohol free vs with alcohol?
By default our blends uses alcohol free option. However we understand that for some blends, some prefer to have some alcohol in it eg. cleansing blends or those blends that benefits from the alcohol evaporating.

Alcohol also helps to preserve the spray and can help to disperse the scent molecules in the air.

If the option is not available, it is also possible to have it added for your order. Please send us a message before ordering.

What is the difference between oil based and water based bugs-enemy?
One has higher oil content, one has higher water content.

Oil based will last longer if you are looking at dropping the oil on your dog's collar, or on items that can absorb it. For the water based, it is also curated with higher oil content than average for it to last longer.

Oil based will feel thicker. Water based feels lighter. All ingredients are same for both so it is up to personal preference which one they prefer to carry around/use.
