SPRAYS

PRODUCT CARE

• Keep away from sunlight and heat
• Shake well before 
• Store in a cool, dry place
• Avoid touching the spray tip to prevent contamination

HOW TO USE

Most of the sprays contained distilled water, alcohol free witch hazel and epsom salt mixed with therapeutic grade essential oils at a 2% dilution. (Refer to individual product for ingredients list)

Spray into the air or on linen (clothes, bedsheets, bags, etc) to freshen up the space.

There are suggested uses (according to their names) but feel free to use them in a different setting according to how you like/wish.

These are all general suggestion and we do recommend testing and research on the materials of your items before use (eg, if your bedsheets are made of certain materials, etc)

ROLL ON

HOW TO USE

Our roll on contains coconut mixed with therapeutic grade essential oils at a 2% dilution. (Refer to individual product for ingredients list)

Test for skin sensitivity by applying on a small area and wait for at least 24 hours.

Apply on wrist, temples, neck, acupressure points or area of concern.

SALT SCRUBS - BAR / BATH

PRODUCT CARE

• Store in a cool, dry place
• To prolong/reduce 'sweating'/melting, keep them in airtight container and take a small amount to use each time

HOW TO USE

Please exercise care as each body's sensitivity is different and the salt may be too rough for some. (If you require a more gentle formula, please contact us before ordering)

Salt bar are made with very high percentage of salt for scrubbing purpose. Even though it has glycerin soap base, it is not evaluated by HSA for it's cleansing purpose.

The loose salt are great for tub, sprinkling it around the bathroom for a spa like effect or as scrubs on body.

Both have the same function so it is up to your personal preference what works better for you.

PLANT THERAPY ESSENTIAL OILS

HOW TO USE

Aromatic: Diffuse with water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute in a carrier

Suggestion varies for each essential oil. Please check each oil property and ratio and use according to your own comfort level.
